Reflections
Hey Ami
This post's a little earlier than the usual routine time but I'll leave it that way.
I was just thinking of something few minutes ago and I just decided to type it out.
So I was thinking about what I was going to do when back online, yeah?....and I realized that at some point, it may feel like I'm wasting time....okay let me just explain.
I'll be running a blog, a newsletter and an eBook store at the same time.
But the core goal....for the next two months is to build my email list...like an audience.
Not really to sell.....or to make money....(hopefully I remember that!)
I'll also be practicing analytics and eventually running ads....a lot, I know...
Now I'm just wondering if I'm doing too much and wasting time with what I want to do....the making money aspect is also part of it tho....I won't lie
And I'm going back to affiliate marketing....what I started with at first...that's where the goal of building my list comes in....
Others will probably be chasing the opportunities that can bring more income...like maybe copywriting or freelancing.
But I feel like that's not my path....I want to be in the trenches, building, making mistakes....failing and learning....chasing mastery, you know.
I won't forget the writing aspect tho....but I also have to do the others as well...
Think of it like this....experts say that the fastest way to make money is by looking for someone's business you can apply your learned skills to....but I want to learn the skills to apply to a business that I'm going to build.....which is a longer process.
But it all starts with affiliate marketing...I realize that now.
Someone else's products...then eventually...my own.
I'm learning about offers and sales pages and automations....and also seeing the applications online.
Although I may not have the money to buy a course right now, I have the time....to learn and apply.
In the end, I want to create online jobs for others...that's a dream
Well, that was mainly what I was thinking about....and I'm glad I could share my thoughts with you.
See you next time 😊
PS: I've set goals for the new week....hope you have your goals written down.
Completed most of my goals for this week...which went well.
