Podcast Surfing

Hey Ami 
I went podcast surfing today 🎧
Hah! 😄 Sounds like I went somewhere....just made the word up tho.
Well, what I mean is that I was on Spotify, searching through podcasts of relevance.
Kinda like exploring.
Mainly because I've shifted podcast learning to weekends....
So I stumbled on a particular one I found interesting...it's called the Dan Lok show.
I used to watch the guy (Dan Lok) on Youtube back then...but when I was about to start this challenge, I deleted YouTube from my phone.
You might think, YouTube??
Yeah....I realized my exploring on YouTube ended up with mindless entertainment.
Then (not now..), I would search for something like, "how to promote affiliate links"....and I would start watching the video I chose...then I would start scrolling down the other relevant videos and boom!
Something catches my eye and I leave the video I was watching to know what the new video was all about....then repeat the sequence until a funny YouTube short would catch my eye.
That's what I know as 'rabbitholes'
Before I know it, I forget why I was initially searching for.
It was my "learning" phase....the early months of exposure to the idea of "making money online".
But now I know that no amount of learning about something will beat the real thing: doing it.
Which brings me to the Dan Lok show.
I was listening to one episode I randomly picked and as I was listening, I picked something I just had to write down.
Oh no....he didn't say it, I actually saw the phrase....on the description of another episode....forgive me, Ami....don't really remember...
Point is....I wrote it down on a card and that phrase (or quote) has motivated me to keep going.
And what I wrote is,
"Chase mastery, not money...money follows mastery".
Mindblowing 💫
Most people do otherwise, you know...chase money.
I realize that I was doing the same thing before....you see why I needed this challenge?
I'm doing things differently now...with the mindset to practice strategies and concepts.
I don't need a job at a bakery to do that.
Yeah....mindset changes.
After all, to master it, you have to do it countless times, right?

Overwhelmed

Hey Ami....what's up? Hope it's all going well at your side. If it's not, just remember that things will get better.......and it pays to be grateful that things are not worse than they currently are. Well, my day went great...figured out how my work time would go. Explored my former accounts today and started to make some changes. Especially to my IG account. I also started to feel slightly overwhelmed at the thought of how I would manage my presence on these platforms. System Update

A simple system update  That was the only thing it took to make my day, Ami. The day started with me trying to type out content...but the keyboard wasn't responding like I wanted it to. And I didn't want it to make me upset so I just adjusted to it...but then I started to think of how it was going to be if I needed to type a response to a message online....(that's me thinking ahead) "Well, till that time comes", was my final thought. I browsed the settings to see how I could remedy the situation (it was really getting to me 😬) Couldn't really figure out anything so I just left it and charged my phone. Then, evening came and I needed to work on a design...the device was still acting up  I snapped, Ami. I went straight to the settings and got to the system update which needed data connection. Started it and stared as the update downloaded...and got installed. "OPTIMIZING YOUR DEVICE...THIS MIGHT TAKE A WHILE" , was the next thing I saw. Then I just ke...

I Just Did Something Crazy

 Yep! I had no idea I was going to do this. It wasn't in my to-do list. The idea just popped into my head and I thought, 'why don't I give it a try?' What I did? I started this post.
