Stretch Or Die!

Sorry, that headline was way over the top.
I just thought it would be funny 😄
Started with stretches today (day 3).
Yesterday evening, I was just goofing off on Google Play Store, checking out apps and reviews.
And I stumbled on this app by Leap Fitness Group (or so I think!)
All I know is that its the same company that made Habit.
So the app was about stretching exercises.
(Don't know if the sentence above is grammatically correct...whatevs!)
I read the reviews at first...a whooping 4.8 out of 5 for the star ratings!
So I thought 'okay, this should be interesting'
I also noticed that there were a range of other exercise training apps from this same company.
Weight training, home workout for men, for women, face yoga, (I actually found that one weird...), even water drinking reminder!
I was like, wow! this company know their stuff.
So I downloaded the app.
Went through it and started one exercise.
It was for neck and shoulder pain relief. The lady coach voice was very helpful, even my youngest siblings understood what to do and we stretched together.
To be honest, it was hard and very weird at first...I noticed I wasn't flexible at all.
Just bones creaking here and there as I did the stretches.
But it was fun doing it with my younger brother and sister.
After the 7 minutes exercise was completed, I closed the app so I could get ready to prepare dinner.
My youngest sibling, a boy looked up at me and said, "Sister, let's do the sleepy time stretches before we go to sleep".
I agreed. (By the way, the sleepy time stretches is a category of stretches on the app)
All in all, I have to admit that I felt kind of better after stretching.
Will definitely continue with the routine.
Morning, afternoon, night.
You can't have enough stretches, right?
I plan to do some research on the health benefits of it though. I like to know what I will gain in the long run by stretching.
Everyone knows exercise is good.
I would like to know the specifics of this particular one.
Till next time,
Adios 👋
PS: my muscles were sore after the first stretches...but overtime, they'll get used to it....I hope :|
