Anyways, I finished the tasks I wrote down for today.
A surprising thing is that it seemed like I was programmed with those tasks.
I just thought of completing them...when I was doing something else...till I eventually did the task.
Now I'll definitely keep using pen and paper...doesn't mean I'll ditch the apps tho.
Time tracking, habit tracking....
Apps are a great way to manage all that.
And I realized where I went wrong in my habit tracking journey....after reading the book.
I highly recommend that book, Ami.
It's a very helpful one...especially if you want to build good habits...even if you have a busy schedule.
The book is called "Habit Stacking" by S.J.Scott. You can download the eBook format on a website called "PDF drive".
One highlight is the section where I learned about the three types of habits: Keystone habits, Support Habits and Elephant habits.
Now I know how to plan my week...but I haven't quite figured it out yet...but I will, before bedtime.

PS: I also figured out the difference between communication as friends versus when in a relationship.
I finally understood it after a friend called to check up on me.
Never underestimate the power of genuine friendly actions, Ami.
