The Worst Didn't Happen

Well, today was alright 😺
The power came back after I had prepared for the worst...
Switched off my phone, just in case
But as I got to where I would make my hair, I thought of how a device can seem irrelevant when it's just me, a pen and yellow cards.
But I read in a book that my mind is my greatest asset.
What book is that?....I'll tell soon
Oh!...alright!...It's a book by Robert Kiyosaki (hope I got the name right..) called "Rich dad, Poor dad.
Funny story....I used to hear so much about the book and even watched one short video about the author talking about 'what keeps people poor'.
It was until I read the book that I could fully understand....well, I'm still reading it.
It's a real gem...
It's so fascinating how a person's legacy can live on through a book...
By the way, it's the eBook version....would really...really love to have some of the ebooks I read in my hands.
That's all for now, Ami.
I'm thinking of better ways to end my thought-typing session instead of the regular "see you soon" or "till next time".
Maybe I should just end with a quote.
That's a good one..but that would start tomorrow...
I got no quotes to share....for now
Catch you later 😉
